Yogandha's Essentials- Face Mists For Glowing Skin

Face mists

This time of year can be a tricky time to stay looking refreshed with the transition from Summer to Autumn- especially in Ireland! One day the sun is shining, the next you're battling through gale force winds and rain- it can really take a toll on your skin. To help protect yourself from environmental stresses we recommend using a DIY face mist. Face mists provide instant dehydration relief, anti-oxidant protection and offer a revitalised feeling.

Why DIY?

Many water face mists act as a quick fix, once they evaporate they leave your skin feeling tight, this is down to the water disrupting the skins moisture levels. Nothing works better at providing long term hydration than plant extracts and essential oils- our favorites! When you make your own you get all the benefits of your favorite ingredients.

Uses for face mists

When making your own face mist using essential oils you have so many options and benefits to choose from- in our opinion the benefits of essential oils are endless!

You can make a face mist to:

  • combat certain skin issues
  • spritz into the ends of your hair
  • refresh and energise
  • act as an all over body mist
  • refresh your make-up
  • gently combat dehydrated skin

The list is endless, it all depends what essential oils you love. One thing is certain, they will all make your skin glow.
