It has that pharmacological effect on the brain. We instinctively use ritual to teach babies to sleep.  We can recalibrate our own sleep patterns in the same way.

bed Apply yogandha ground rollerball an hour before bed. Mentally ‘unplug’ as you do so. Try to actually unplug too – laptop closed, phone into flight mode. Apply yogandha relax body oil just before bed – either all over, or as a face oil (Frankincense and Lavender have incredible cellular regeneration properties).
